THE GENERAL DATA

Cut of a back support

 1 – a pusher,

2 – a spring,

3 – washers,

The prevention

Before support removal it is necessary to merge the hydraulic accumulator of brake system. For this purpose it is necessary to switch off ignition and to press against the stop a brake pedal (about 20 times) while it does not become "firm".

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken nuts of fastening of back wheels.
2. To lift and fix a back part of the car and to remove a corresponding wheel.
3. To disconnect a cable (it is specified by an arrow) manual brake from the lever on a support.
4. To disconnect brake hoses from pipelines. Apertures in pipelines to close corresponding заглушками.
5. To unscrew and take bolts of fastening of the holder of a support.
6. To remove the holder of a support and a support.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
For support installation it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to process of its removal and to remove air from brake system.

Dismantling and support assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a brake support (see above).
2. To disconnect a support from the holder.
3. To establish a support in a vice.
4. Rotating the piston counter-clockwise, to unscrew it so that it acted from the cylinder approximately on 20 mm.
5. To remove an elastic casing from a piston flute.
6. Completely to unscrew and take the piston from the cylinder.
7. To take an elastic casing of the piston.
8. Carefully to wash up the piston and the cylinder.
9. To take from the piston a lock ring.
10. To take from the piston an axial ring.
11. To take from the piston a wavy washer and the persistent bearing.
12. To take from the bearing an adjusting nut (it is specified by an arrow).
13. To remove from the piston a ring clip and sealing washers.
The prevention

To mark an arrangement of all removed elements.
14. To remove from an adjusting nut a sealing ring, to wash out a nut, to grease with a brake liquid a sealing ring and to establish it into place in position in which it was before removal.
15. To compress a spring of a regulator and to remove a lock ring in a cylinder sleeve.
16. To take a spring cover.
17. To take a spring.
18. To take linings.
19. Пассатижами with thin sponges to remove a lock ring (it is specified by an arrow) in a cylinder sleeve (is specified by an arrow) and to take a pusher and a shaped washer.
20. To take from a cylinder sleeve распорку a manual brake.
21. To remove a returnable spring and a lock bolt of the lever of a manual brake. To take from a support the lever and the shaft plug, and also a sealing ring.
22. Attentively to check up a condition of all details. All scratches or wear tracks on a piston or cylinder surface mean compulsion of replacement of a complete support.
23. At assemblage it is necessary to replace all consolidations and to grease components with a brake liquid.
24. The adaptation 12-006 to establish the piston in a back support.
25. To connect a support to its holder.
26. To establish and fix a support in the car (subsection 11.2.1 see).
27. To establish the plug of a shaft of a manual brake (Х = 7,5 mm).
28. To remove air from brake system.
